We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

No Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges for eligible items as mentioned above.
How Exchange Works
Firstly you provide minimum 3 photos of your product and send to us.
Then our team will analyse the problem and further proceed for the solution.
The ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have. Once your exchange is accepted, you can select the replacement product of your choice.
